We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation, specifically, guidance & updates from the Government of Canada, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). With this information, we are developing & implementing thoughtful plans & actions at our clinic to provide a safe & healthy environment. With the unknown surrounding this virus, we understand the concerns of our patients.

A few of the proactive actions we are taking:
- Requiring team members to take preventive measures to help stop the spread of the virus, including but not limited too: washing hands often with soap & water for at least 20 seconds, avoiding contact with others who are sick, & staying home if sick.
- Communicating with patients to ensure we reschedule an appointment if they have:
- a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing
- traveled to or had close contact with someone who has traveled to high risk countries
- tested positive for or been exposed to someone with COVID-19
- Focused cleaning on high-touch areas between appointments.
- Temporary removal of all magazines & children’s toys from our patient rooms.
- Limiting unnecessary touching.
Our Ask of You:
If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled & have:
- a fever, cough and/or difficulty breathing
- traveled to or had close contact with someone who has traveled to high risk countries
- tested positive for or been exposed to someone with COVID-19
